2018/06/29 | Manoir Industries has just announced at the WNE the signature of a joint-venture agreement - June 27, 2018

During the World Nuclear Exhibition (WNE), Manoir Industries signed an agreement to create a joint venture with the Suez Group to develop an industrial maintenance and cleaning activity on nuclear power plants in China.

Since the 1990s, Manoir Industries moved to China through various JV and took part in the construction of the first two units of the Chinese nuclear power plants. In 2013, the TaiHai Group, leader of the civil nuclear power in China acquired Manoir Industries. With the support of its shareholder and successive acquisitions, Manoir Industries' offer has expanded with cast, forged, boiler-making, welded, machined and assembled products, and has focused on services with interventions on site.

The two groups’ expertise in the industrial cleaning and the knowledge of the Chinese nuclear market is a real asset to create an effective partnership. Laurent Dumas, Chief Executive Officer of Manoir Industries and both Jean-Marc Boursier and Sébastien Delamarche from Suez have signed this agreement in view of a quick start in China.
