We are very proud to announce that our Parthenay plant, one among 13 Manoir Industries plants, has achieved such a successful record.
This excellent performance has been possible thanks to the support of the entire staff as well as through Management commitment.
For several years the Manoir Industries Group safety results have continually and steadily improved. The safety policy is applied on every site by a key player in charge of best practices.
But it is in Parthenay that the best score has been reached with 1000 days of accident without leave, a real step towards our goal of zero accident.
For more than 25 years of machining expertise, Parthenay and its 120 employees have thrived by providing critical parts to the leading aerospace engine companies.

Manoir Industries confirms the successful start-up of the 6300 t forging press in the Bologne plant (Haute Marne, France).
Several aerospace OEMs have already qualified engine products such as aluminum OGVs (Outlet Guide Vanes), titanium landing gear equipment and high pressure compressor inconel disks.
The Manoir Aerospace business unit is now in a position thanks to this new in-house processing capability to enlarge again its product range by providing critical parts and assemblies for the low and high pressure engine compressors.
The 6300t press start-up matches perfectly with the strong aerospace market growth and the announced development of a new generation of fuel saving, lower NOx emission, less noisy engines
