Manoir Industries global welder team performed in September in France and in Egypt – Nov.2015

Manoir Industries has been awarded 2 sizeable orders in September related to site welding:
• a revamping contract by Kinetics Technology spA, Italy (KT) for Midor, its final customer. A Manoir qualified and experienced team of welders intervened on a hydrogen furnace production in Alexandria, Egypt. To achieve the customer deadline, the welders worked on a 24/7 basis, focusing on sub-header and transfer line intervention in 20.32Nb and P11 materials.
• Other highly committed welding team operated in France, 2 weeks on a 24/7 basis, revamping a complete hydrogen reformer furnace, with the Manoir in-house developed alloy, the Manaurite® 900, at a Linde Gas plant in Chalampé, France.

Both jobs highlighted the worldwide customer service solution that Manoir Industries provides its customers. Welding processes used were either GTAW or SMAW, or a combination of both based on standard practices and individual situations. Each welding job was thoroughly inspected and certified with successful X-ray and LP results.
