For almost a 100 years, the Group Manoir Industries and particularly its French plant based in Normandy, counts among the world leaders for sophisticated static casted and forged solutions dedicated to the Oil, Gas and nuclear industries.
Those fast moving industries are developing new markets throughout constant process and design innovations that constantly require specific alloys and optimized supply chain solutions with stringent requirements in term of lead-times, especially when it comes to revamping and upgrade projects.
In order to serve better its clients by providing both high quality and short lead-times, Manoir Industries has decided to heavily invest in a new ‘’Fast Line” production facility. This production facility results in the combination of state of the art and lean casting processes with new dedicated production tools implemented within the Normandy factory. This significant upgrade reinforces our capability to provide our customers with the best possible delivery time and enhance the internal working conditions for our production teams.
Manoir Industries will soon be capable of producing complex and heavy cast pieces (up to 200kg) for the valve and industrial pumps industries within 4 weeks with a state of the art quality level.
This new production facility will be operational by September 2016 including all the quality control and non-destructive testing means in line with the most stringent requirements of our clients.
