This picture below is showing the full trial fit of a cold collector prior to breakdown and dispatched for painting, packing and shipping from our Manoir UK shop.
The project has been awarded to Manoir Industries by a South Korea customer.
The total contract includes 5,200 man-hours. Cold collectors are normally located at the bottom of the furnace, produced in Cr/Mo materials, internally lined with heat resistant refractory and are used for transferring process gases to the waste heat boiler. These items are one (1) metre in diameter and 40—50 metres in length.
